This kit list is OK for most camps. If we have additional requirements we will let you know.
KIT LIST All items must be clearly marked with the owner’s name. No responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to individuals’ property. Kits should be packed in hardwearing canvas or nylon bags.
Cub Scouts are to travel to/from the activity in full uniform with their Cub Scout Record Book and completed PIR.
Please do not bring lollys or snacks unless there is sufficient to share with everyone.
Do not bring mobile phones, portable radios, cassette players or video games, etc.
Please bring the following –
Dilly bag with personal knife, fork, spoon, plate, bowl, mug and TEA TOWELL.
Bring a coat hanger for uniform storage over the weekend
3 x complete changes of clothes including socks, underwear, pants, shirt, windcheater/jumper
Change of footwear
Pyjamas or tracksuit for sleeping/night wear
Waterproof coat or jacket
Toiletries including toothbrush, toothpaste, brush or comb, soap, towel, etc.
Soiled linen bag (large rubbish bag is ideal to keep separate wet/dirty clothes)
Camp blanket (if Cub has one)
Inexpensive camera (optional)
Sun hat, sunscreen and insect repellent
Torch (with spare batteries)
Small notebook and pencil
Water bottle for hike
