No Joeys/Cubs on Mon 9 Sept

This years ARAP (Annual Reports and Presentation) evening will be held on Tuesday 10th September. This evening is the Scout Groups AGM for the year and all parents are invited to attend.

It will be a combined, all section night, with activites for all Joeys, Cub Scouts, Scouts and our Venturers.

The evening will commence at 6.30pm at our King George VI Reserve Hall (East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh), with a Hamburger Dinner cooked by some of the Scout Section, and then followed with our ARAP at 7.00pm.

The purpose of the evening to to present our annual report for the 2013/13 year and to look forward to the next year. We will also hear from our District Commissioner and there will be a presentation from the District Venturer Leader on Venturers and Leadership roles within that section, as our Group is planning on starting a Venturer Unit (14 – 18 year olds) shortly.
