Dear Parents,

After quite an ordeal with the Commonwealth Bank, we now have our EFT facility set up and ready for camp payments, the details are as follows:

IMPORTANT: In the to account description, please make sure you put FAMILY NAME-BAY PARK CAMP. We need this so we can trace who’s paid. If there are any problems, please email Caroline at the address below.

PLEASE PRINT OUT A RECEIPT FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS.

On the permission form, tick the EFT box and next to it write the amount you paid and the date, so that we know what to look for.

Just a reminder that all payments and permissions forms are due in full by no later than 8.30pm on Monday August 20th. Remember that if you pay over the weekends it won’t be cleared until usually Monday afternoon or so.
