REGISTRATIONS

To complete the final registrations you will need the following information for each Patrol:

Patrol Name
PL’s name
PL’s mobile phone number
Number of Scouts in the Patrol (minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 Scouts in a Patrol)
Any special dietary requirements
Details for leaders attending the race (name, email and mobile phone number).

You can also select a preferred starting time (8:30am or 9:00am).

The form can be submitted as a whole Unit or Patrol Leaders can register their own Patrol.

Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Leaders are responsible with ensuring that all Scouts participating are fully registered with Scouts Victoria.

Further details will be sent to Leaders before the race.

Rover Scouts and Venturer Scouts are also very welcome to come along and assist, use the Leader registration form to register.

The race numbers might need to be capped, we will try our best to make space for everyone!
