[Venturers] Mental Health Awareness Night

Hi all

On Thursday the 27th of August we will be having our Mental Health Awareness Night.

We are lucky enough to have Mal Guy an experienced Volunteer at Lifeline Australia and professional Mediator, coming to the hall to run the session.

The focus will be explaining what Life Line is and how we can use this resource to support ourselves, family or friends.

This is not a counselling session…it is about Mental Health Awareness and the focus will be on looking after yourself, your family and your mates.
